Meet Our Founder
Hi, I'm Molly! I was raised in California, amidst redwoods and coastal fog. Growing up immersed in nature, I fell in love with the wild places and creatures that make our planet so unique. As an adult, I turned this passion into a career in wildlife conservation. My infatuation with nature, paired with an enthusiasm for travel, has led me to many remarkable places, from the deserts of Namibia to the coral reefs of Palau.
Over the years, I’ve lived in or traveled to more than 25 countries. I believe deeply in the power of travel to cultivate empathy, understanding, and connection, and create positive social and environmental change.
I started Sea & Skye Travel to combine my two passions: sustainability and travel. As a Certified Fora Travel Advisor, I support my clients in designing unforgettable, sustainable travel experiences. For travelers simply looking for inspiration, my blog features sustainable travel tips, destination recommendations, and reflections from abroad.
I have a Master's in International Environmental Policy, with a focus on sustainable tourism, and an undergraduate degree in Anthropology & Sociology, with a focus on community-based wildlife conservation. I currently live in Northern California with my husband, daughter, and Miniature-Pinscher mix.
